As it prepared for the last presidential search at the University of Colorado, the Board of Regents invited comments and feedback from the university community regarding the presidential search portion for Regent Policy 3.C: Searches for Administrators and Guidelines for the Appointment of Chief Officers of the University.

The Board of Regents will soon be reviewing and updating the policy and is inviting comment and feedback from constituents inside and outside of the university.

You can view a “feedback-friendly” copy of the current policy (with sections specific to the presidential search highlighted) at Regent Policy 3.C (Notice of Review) and provide your comments and feedback by either:

• Clicking on the FEEDBACK hyperlink at the top of each page of the policy; or
• Submitting written comments and feedback directly to the Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) at ope@cu.edu.

The Board of Regents will consider your feedback as it reviews and updates the policy. The deadline for comments and suggestions is January 30, 2023. To track the status of this policy review, go to the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website and look for “Currently Under Review”.
