CU-Boulder nets $425.6 million in research funding during 2014-15
The University of Colorado was awarded $878.3 million in research funding during the 2014-2015 fiscal year based on preliminary figures, the university announced Thursday.
That total includes $425.6 million awarded to the Boulder campus, up from $412 million in 2013-2014. It also includes $420.3 million for the Anschutz Medical Campus, $22.2 million for the Denver campus and $10.3 million for the Colorado Springs campus.
The systemwide total reflects a 1.7 percent increase over last year's $863.3 million. Most of CU's research funding, $568.7 million, came from federal agencies, with $309.7 million coming from non-federal awards.
