As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture, the CU System Administration Office has established and actively engages with Employee Resource Groups.
Employee Resource Groups, or affinity groups, are voluntary, employee-led initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. They are communities that bring together individuals with shared identities, backgrounds, interests, or experiences, creating a supportive environment for community building, advocacy, education, organizational impact, networking, mentorship and collaboration.
Employee Resource Groups are instrumental in enhancing and enriching a more inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.
