Who We Are and What We Do

The CU System Staff Council is a team of elected members from across System Administration. The CU System Staff Council was established by the president of the university in March 2005. System Staff Council serve as a representative body for communicating the ideas and concerns of classified and university employees to the system administration. Additionally, we propose policies and facilitate a variety of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events to bring collaborative opportunities to System staff. We are your voice.

Mission

System Staff Council is an advocate for classified and University staff within the University of Colorado System Administration. SSC advances the exchange of ideas and concerns between staff, the president, and executive administration. SSC fosters staff engagement through recognition, policy recommendations and community involvement.

Purpose

System Staff Council serves as a representative body to provide communication between university officers and system administration employees, and act as an advocate on behalf of system administration employees.
