In memoriam: Regent Emeritus Hugh Fowler

Former State Senator Hugh C. Fowler, who represented Arapahoe County from 1968 - 1980, passed away October 25 in Denver. Senator Fowler also served one Regent-at-large term for the University of Colorado from 1983 - 1989.
