Refurbished m-Fin BAE BY MONTH - SUMMARY [1]

We've improved m-Fin BAE BY MONTH - SUMMARY, refining the prompting and improving its internal workings.  An obvious change is now it has single speedtype mode [3].

As with the other reports that we have been refurbishing lately, we believe this version will fix the XQE-CM-0004 problem, an intermittent abend [4] that was happening on drills.
