Data & BI team is committed to supporting and assisting all CU Tableau Server users at every stage. We aim to ensure seamless access and equity throughout our Tableau environment. Data & BI team Tableau Accessibility Statement

The University of Colorado is dedicated to advancing accessibility initiatives in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), levels A and AA criteria. The Data & BI team's goal is to improve accessibility for users with sensory, cognitive, and mobility challenges, ensuring an inclusive experience across our Tableau Server platform.

We value your input as part of our commitment to accessibility and encourage feedback and suggestions to enhance the usability of our Tableau Server. Together, we aim to drive improvements that support a more inclusive environment for all members of the CU community.

Do you want to report a CU Tableau Server visualization accessibility issue? Please follow these guidelines: 

  • Always reach out to the dashboard developer directly to report an accessibility issue first.
  • If you are unsure who is the developer of the dashboard, reach out to irmhelp@cu.edu [2].
  • If the developer is no longer with the department or the CU, please reach out to the Site Admin.
  • If you are unsure who is the Site Admin of the Tableau Site reach out to irmhelp@cu.edu [2].
  • If you have accessibility concerns about a Tableau server functionality, please email irmhelp@cu.edu [2].
  • If the UIS Data & BI team owns the Dashboard,  please report the issue using the Report an Accessibility Issue form [3] or by emailing the Data & BI team [4].
