Our go-live date for our CU-Data upgrade is Monday, December 9 after 5PM. The production environment will be down briefly after 5PM until the upgrade is complete.

Report Developers will experience down time in QA and WRT (writer) environments earlier in the week as we will upgrade the QA environment on December 2 and then upgrade WRT on December 5.

*Please note that we will be in an EMERGENCY MIGRATION ONLY phase from Thursday, December 5 until Production is upgraded on Monday, December 9.

Part of this upgrade included an authentication provider change (see our earlier blog for more information on the upgrade and authentication provider change), so after the upgrade, users will be redirected to a page where they will select their campus (rather than a drop down menu).

 After selecting their campus, users then see a campus-specific login page (System shown below) where they will enter their username and password.

After clicking "Submit", users can access the upgraded CU-Data Cognos environment.

If you did not have the chance to move your My Content into Team Content prior to the upgrade, then your content will not immediately appear in the upgraded environment.

If you are missing content, please contact IRM at irmhelp@cu.edu. We will email you a link to the old environment. Then you can follow the instructions on moving your My Content into Team Content here.

If you are a Finance user, please follow their instructions for moving your My Content.

When you have moved your content, submit a ticket to irmhelp@cu.edu request to migrate your content from the old environment to the upgraded environment.
