BUDGET SPENT PCNT, BUDGET BAL BEFORE ENCUMBS PCNT, and BUDGET BAL AFTER ENCUMBS PCNT columns were not calculating correctly and were reporting wrong percentages. This is now fixed and the corrected version of the report is migrated to production.
