March campus close has been scheduled

Good news: We are now following more typical timeframes for month-end close and March dates have been set for the first week in April.

March campus close will be Thursday, April 7. System close will be Friday, April 8. Your March m-Fin reports will be ready to review as of the following day (Saturday, April 9).

Note: The HCM team just announced that March payroll encumbrances have been fixed in production and are now updated to reflect the processing of March payroll.

FIN Issues List

We’ve gathered information from the campuses on outstanding items and will be creating and sharing a consolidated FIN Issues List. We expect to post the list to the OUC website sometime later this month.
