The OUC (including FSS Help), along with other CU System Administration offices, will be closed from
Monday, December 23, 2024, through Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
We will reopen for normal business hours on Thursday, January 2.

Payroll Expense Transfers (PETs) that were approved on Thursday, July 7, processed with errors and therefore did not post to the General Ledger.
What this means to you:
PETs approved on July 7 will not appear on your financial statements for first close. (Reports are available in Cognos as of Saturday, July 9.)
When will this be corrected?
The HCM team is working to fix the errors. We do not yet have an estimated completion date.
We expect the corrected PETs to post in adjustment period 996 (the period between first and second close).
