Elizabeth Spencer is the Cost Accounting Manager in the Campus Controller’s Office at the University of Colorado Boulder. Liz has a Bachelor’s of Accounting from Regis University and a Bachelor’s in History from CU Boulder.

Liz has worked for the University of Colorado since 2009. Prior to coming to CU, she worked in the banking and restaurant industries.
