The purpose of the Learning Activity Exchange course is to bring together people who want to introduce elements of engagement into meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other workplace events. The course offers opportunities to practice ice breakers, training games, technologies, and other tools to generate interest, interaction, action, and retention.

Course Objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify and seek out appropriate elements of engagement for different workplace situations;
- Choose from a variety of in-class shared learning activities to suit their own unique needs; and,
- Draw on a network of colleagues for advice after returning to their home departments.
