  • Implement tools, systems, and behaviors to promote team connectedness and productivity;
  • Identify current top challenges with remote work;
  • Identify realizations about collaboration and culture, efficiency, leveraging technical tools, and maintaining personal health during remote situations; and,
  • Identify strategies to address challenges and policy-making related to future remote work challenges,
