ChartField Request – SpeedType Fiscal Staff

Purpose:

Used to request additions, deletions, or modifications of SpeedType Fiscal Staff.

• For other changes to SpeedTypes, use the ChartField Request - SpeedType, Program, Subclass form

Note: SpeedType Fiscal Staff requests can be emailed to your campus controller's/finance office (email addresses provided at bottom of form) instead of completing the full form itself. Required information to email is described on the form and includes name, position number, primary fiscal staff designation, action (add, modify, delete), and attribute.
