Note: SpeedType Fiscal Staff requests can be emailed to your campus controller's/finance office (email addresses provided at bottom of form) instead of completing the full form itself. Required information to email is described on the form and includes name, position number, primary fiscal staff designation, action (add, modify, delete), and attribute.
