What is the OUC?
The Office of University Controller provides leadership to the University of Colorado in financial recording, reporting, policy guidance, and communication, and has authority over and responsibility for the fiscal practices of the University.
Our teams maintain the University's financial system of record, prepare external financial reports and tax filings, and communicate fiscal policies and procedures through videos, blogs, and websites. We also manage a Continuing Professional Education Program and administer the CU-wide Innovation & Efficiency Awards employee recognition program.
