The Operating Model establishes clear accountability, responsibility and escalation paths for making decisions about data.

This structure is intended to foster data governance enablement, allowing leaders and analysts to support CU's Data Governance efforts. All governance issues feed into CU's IT Governance Committee as an escalation point.
