CU is now running Cognos 12.0.3 in production. A big thank you to Lisa Damboise and her UIS/IRM team for their efforts in ensuring a smooth upgrade. Additionally, we appreciate the OUC’s Finance Services & Solutions team for creating training materials and CPE courses and updating the CU-Data Upgrade website.

Here are a few important points to keep in mind with this upgrade:

• If you log in this morning and do not see the new user interface, please clear your cache, close your browser, and relaunch CU-Data.
• Make sure all your report views and schedules are in your ‘My Content’ folder. If anything is missing, contact us.
• If you have scheduled reports, remember to renew your credentials to ensure they run without interruption.

To renew your credentials: Click on the Personal menu in the top right corner > Profile and settings. Then, under Profile, Advanced Options, click the Renew link next to Credentials.
