We’re pleased to announce that FinPro Help Desk Manager Leslie Nittoli was recently named Vice President and Secretary for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Help Desk Institute (HDI).

Founded in 1989, HDI is the first professional association created for the technical support industry. Its mission is to elevate the customer experience through training, networking, and collaborating.

Leslie has been an active member of HDI for the past seven years. We’re proud of her new leadership role with the organization. Congratulations, Leslie!
