m-Fin Production Migration

Seven m-Fin reports have migrated to production:

  • m-Fin ABNORMAL BALANCE - updated for PeopleSoft 9.2 based data
  • m-Fin ACTUALS BY FISCAL YEAR - updated for PeopleSoft 9.2 based data
  • m-Fin ESP TRANSACTIONS - updated for PeopleSoft 9.2 based data
  • m-Fin EXPENDITURE TYPE SUMMARY - CLEAR FOPPS button fixed.
  • m-Fin LAUNCH - minor adjustments to accommodate new versions of reports
  • m-Fin TRIAL BALANCE SUMMARY - fixed project header attributes missing from pdf
  • m-Fin PROJECTS DIRECT AND INDIRECT COST - updated for PeopleSoft 9.2 based data

I just checked and still don't see the Project Fiscal Manager and Project Accountant on either PDF or HTML Trial Balance Summary. I looked in 9.2 FIN to double check that these fields are in the award profile and they are. I used 1549030 as a test project.

Jeni - The Project Fiscal Manager and Project Accountant are from the Project Team page in PeopleSoft.  A route to this page is to click on the Project Team link at the bottom of the page after inputing the project ID at Main Menu > Project Costing > Project Definitions > General Information.  m-Fin's PROJECT FISCAL MANAGER is the PeopleSoft Project Team GRANT ADMINISTRATOR.  m-Fin's PROJECT ACCOUNTANT is the PeopleSoft Project Team GRANT ACCOUNTANT.  These CU PeopleSoft terms did not become apparent to me until very end so we did not have time to adjust the labels we use in the reports.
