m-Fin is changing to get PROJECT AWARD START\END dates from the award instead of the proposal.  This way if these dates are changed in PeopleSoft after the proposal is awarded, m-Fin will reflect the change.

These reports in Cognos QA have this change now, and are expected to migrate to production by this weekend [16-APR-2016 migrated to production]:
