m-Fin Production Migration

The following three reports migrate to production this weekend:

  1. m-Fin BALANCE SHEET SUMMARY. Label NET ASSETS changed to NET POSITION.
  2. m-Fin BALANCE SHEET TOTAL. Label NET ASSETS changed to NET POSITION.
  3. Orgnode Reports > m-Fin TREE ZOOM. ORG | ORGNODE search added to second prompt page. Now it is easier to run this report when you have a specific code in mind.

Would love Actuals by FY to be able to run an org and have the individual speedtypes render as well as the total of all the speedtypes, and AR type choice...pretty please:)

Would love AR type on expenditure actuals by month - it would be very, very helpful.

It is technically possible but before doing this I will check with the billing folks on each campus to make sure the AR type is still reliable.  Now that we are in the world of PeopleSoft 9.2 it is an optional 'chartfield' element and my understanding is it does not have the same significance as it did before.  We are still dealing with some settling in issues too, so this will be a little ways down the road.
