When we drill on the R&E total report, the new window does not appear. Org 10529, CU Book Store.

Chris – if the drills are not working for you, please change your pop-up blocker settings to allow pop-ups for cu-data.cu.edu.
Below are the steps to allow pop-ups in all three browsers.
Google Chrome
1. Click Chrome's three-dots menu in the upper right.  When you hover over this a tooltip displays "Customize and control Google Chrome."
2. Settings
3. Advanced
4. Content settings (under Privacy and security)
5. Pop-ups and redirects
6. Click the ADD button for the ALLOW section
7. For "site" enter: cu-data.cu.edu
Internet Explorer:

  1. Click on the Tools button on the upper right corner of the window.
  2. Then click on ‘Internet Options’, second option from the bottom.
  3. When the Internet Options window pops, go to privacy tab.
  4. Check the box next to Turn on Pop-up Blocker. Then click on ‘settings’ button to the right.
  5. For “Address of website to allow” enter: cu-data.cu.edu

Firefox:

  1. Click on three horizontal lines button to the top right corner of the window. When you hover over this a tooltip displays “open menu.”
  2. Then click on “Options”
  3. Privacy & Security
  4. Scroll down to “Permissions” section, and check the box next to Block pop-up windows.
  5. Click on “Exceptions”, and here again for “Address of website” enter: cu-data.cu.edu

Thank you. - Sarju

I use Google Chrome as my browser.  When I run the Operating and Financial detail reports, then run as a pdf, then go to print the report, it prints a blank page.  Is this being corrected?
Thank you,

Sarju Khadka

Hi Robin - This is not something we can resolve from our side. So I would suggest either using a different browser when you need to print the reports, or if you do not want to use any other browsers besides Chrome, I would suggest downloading and saving the report first and then printing. You could also change the setting in Chrome so that every time you click to run the report in PDF it directly downloads the report for you rather then opening the report in Chrome PDF viewer, and from there you can print the report. This way you save that extra click of downloading the report. Thank you - Sarju
