Hi Kristin, We haven’t seen users commonly getting kicked out of the portal (except a dozen or so on the very first day). The authorization message is generally fixed by clearing browser cache. The best thing for you to do if you experience problems is to contact your campus IT help desk, they’ll know how to troubleshoot and how to escalate, if need be: 303-735-4357 or help@colorado.edu
