We're happy to announce the recent update of the Account Quick Reference Card. This key resource is a list of Accounts that represent the minimum level of transaction classification (for assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, and cash transfers) required for financial reporting. The Quick Reference Card, then, does not include all Accounts. For a complete list, see the Chart of Accounts.
The responsibility for periodic reviews and updates to the Account Quick Reference Card are managed by the campus controller teams, with a rotating responsbility for overall coordination. The current (December 2023) review was led by Boulder Campus. A big thank you to Boulder's Sheri Valashinas and Justin Church, to OUC Accounting Services Director Kristine McNamara, and all campus controller offices!
