We all know that Cvent is an event manager's tech dream-come-true, and that's all the more accurate with the rollout of new functionality. During the 2018 Q1 user group meeting, we took a look at this new functionality as well as a peek behind the curtain of existing functionality. A snapshot view of the meeting agenda includes:
Planner Emails
The current planner email, CUEvents-do-not-reply@cu.edu, is sunsetting. Refer to the meeting agenda for directions on requesting a new planner email.
Salesforce - Cvent Integration
We often talk about how data is the heart of the eComm program. But what does that mean when it comes to Cvent? And isn’t Salesforce our “data engine?” The nuts and bolts of the Salesforce-Cvent integration hold all of the answers. (And the neat part is that you can set it up yourself!)
