Important Holiday Notice
The Procurement Service Center will be closed beginning at 12:00 pm Wednesday, November 27th for the Thanksgiving holiday, and will resume normal operating hours on Monday, December 2nd.

Purpose
Used to request that partial or full payment be issued to a supplier prior to the University receiving the designated goods or services, in accordance with the PSC Procedural Statement Advance Payment to Suppliers.
