The Procurement Service Center has established relationships with local hotels in Colorado Springs to provide a local preferred hotel program that benefits the traveling guests of the university.
The University's negotiated rates at the preferred hotels listed below are lower than the rates typically available at these properties. In some cases, we have been able to negotiate added values and extra amenities for our travelers if they stay at one of our preferred hotels.
Making Reservations
Reservations can be made with one of our preferred hotels by booking in Concur (preferred), booking on the hotel's CU website (where link is provided), or by calling the hotel directly. If you call to make a reservation directly with any of the preferred hotels listed below, make sure to mention "The University of Colorado special rate". Please note that group rates at these same properties may differ.
