Services Performed

Production Services sets up and monitors the batch processing for enterprise systems across all campuses. This includes uploading data into the database for use by the various business applications, enabling reporting and access to information. Production Services also handles moving validated data from development to production environments.

Business professionals are available 24/5 Monday through Friday (except holidays) to support production processing. During those times, they will set up and schedule jobs using the automated scheduler and set up output for distribution or online viewing through the automated output management software.

Weekdays: 6:30 a.m. Monday to 6:30 a.m. Saturday
Weekends: On call from 6:30 a.m. Saturday to 6:30 a.m. Monday at 303-860-4APP(4277)
