CU System Administration, UIS and the UIS Service Desk will close at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27 and will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2. Happy Thanksgiving to all CU faculty, staff, students and their families!
Whether working remotely or from the office, consider using a softphone to make phone calls from your computer.
Hoteling desk stations at 1800 Grant will not have phones, since phone numbers must be assigned to individuals. Instead, we are happy to assist you in setting up Cisco Jabber on your computer.
Once you have this softphone platform installed, you can place and receive calls directly from your computer with no need for a physical desk phone. The softphone feature is available on PC, Mac and mobile devices. Plus, your CU phone number will remain the same.
