The eRA 13.808.01E upgrade project partnership between UIS, campus eRA teams and vendor InfoEd resulted in the successful implementation of hundreds of enhancements, fixes and new features for the eRA Oracle database and InfoEd applications. The collaboration also created opportunities to develop best practices and processes that strengthened the relationships between the teams and that will ensure a strong partnership on all eRA interactions in the future.
