Principal Data Warehouse Engineer |
Originally from India, Jaiveer moved to the United States to pursue a master’s degree. His professional experience has mostly involved design, development, evaluation and the integration of data warehouse solutions. He’s held positions in clinical data administration, manufacturing and finance. At UIS, Jaiveer leads the technical efforts to maintain and enhance the CU data warehouse. He joins UIS remotely from his home in Massachusetts. He enjoys travel, hiking, gardening and spending time with friends and family. |

Senior Enterprise Application Developer |
Ty has over 25 years of IT experience working with various companies, universities, consulting firms and government agencies. He has served in roles from developer, business analyst, consultant, manager and executive-level leadership. Ty is a senior developer working with the UIS finance development team. He and his wife Heather recently moved to Iowa to be near family, just in time for the arrival of their nephew. |

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer |
Youssef grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. He has worked in IT quality assurance (QA) at insurance and media companies for over eight years. He joins UIS as a senior QA engineer. Youssef and his wife moved to Colorado from California three years ago and now have a toddler and a 4-month-old. His hobbies include doing PC builds, hiking and reading. He enjoys watching the Nuggets, competing in rec league basketball and playing pickleball. |

Prior to CU, Jackson worked as an assistant director in the University of North Texas student accounting office for three years and as an IT business analyst at Regis University. He joins UIS from his home in Moore, Okla., as a business systems analyst for the Grants team. Jackson spends his free time playing soccer, fishing with friends or wondering why his cat, Milo, is always so angry. |
Doug Douglass |

Identity Management Engineer |
Since joining UIS in May, Doug has already created PingFederate connections and will be essential in developing and provisioning authentication/authorization solutions. He brings a depth of experience in the IAM space that is already invaluable to UIS. Doug is originally an East Coast transplant who lived in the Denver/Boulder area for 20 years before recently moving with his family to Oregon. When not working, he enjoys having fun with his family, playing in the mountains or tending to their garden. |

Senior Business Systems Analyst |
Chandu is the newest member of the HR IT Services Team. As the senior business systems analyst for Time and Labor, he will assist with MyLeave/CU Time issues, FAMLI enhancements, PUM and tools update testing, and other projects. Before coming to UIS, Chandu worked as a Peoplesoft Analyst specializing in core HCM modules, specifically Time & Labor. He will work remotely from Virginia. Outside of work, he enjoys nature and spending time with family and friends. |

Dan joins the Customer Relationship Management team as a senior digital engagement administrator. Dan will be instrumental in furthering the CRM efforts at UCCS through ongoing campaign management, student pipeline analysis and digital communication initiatives in Marketing Cloud. Dan earned his MBA from CU Boulder. Most of his career has been in database and email marketing. He and his wife met at Colorado College and have three sons — one is a CU alumnus and another will start at CU Boulder this fall. |

Working PERA Retiree |
Linda returns to UIS as a PeopleSoft developer. She originally graduated from CU Boulder with a degree in Finance. While working as a functional expert on the PeopleSoft implementation team, she switched to development around 1999. At CU, she has mostly worked on the Finance system but has worked on several HCM and ICS projects including all the integrations between the three systems. She retired from UIS in 2021 and now rejoins the Finance PeopleSoft Development team in a part-time capacity. Outside of work, Linda loves to play computer games and do all sorts of puzzles. |

Digital Engagement Manager |
Claire has been working with CU since 2020, during which time she served as an eComm Specialist on the CU Denver campus and then joined the UIS CRM team to support the eComm program in a more technical capacity. Most recently, she partnered with UCCS Recruiting & Admissions to drive digital engagement efforts for the campus. Claire begins a new role as Digital Engagement Manager to support strategic communication initiatives across CRM implementations. Outside of work, Claire enjoys checking out new breweries, spending quality time with her cat Elbert and cheering on the Minnesota Timberwolves. |

Director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) |
Jen has worked at CU for over 20 years in a variety of roles including electronic communication, alumni relations, advancement, community relations, recruitment and administration. As interim director, Jen’s strategic insights and innovative approach helped propel our organization forward, strengthening our connections with campuses and ensuring the continued success of our CRM initiatives. In her new position, Jen will focus on the CU constituent lifecycle and the business processes and outreach that support it. Current efforts include but are not limited to multi-campus online student recruitment, enterprise email marketing and event management, and campus-based recruitment, admissions and student success efforts. In her spare time, Jen enjoys spending time with her hound dogs (a Bloodhound and a Black and Tan Coonhound). You can often hear them “aroo”-ing in the background during meetings to show their support for their mom and CU. |
