Samantha has joined our PeopleSoft Grants team as a Business Systems Analyst for PeopleSoft Grants. In her new position, she will work to solve technology problems through analyzing, designing, configuring, and testing the PeopleSoft Grants Suite modules (Grants, Project Costing, Customer Contract, Billing and Accounts Receivable) to enable the campuses' strategies.

Laurie has joined our HCM Development team as a PeopleSoft HCM Developer. In this role, she will provide essential consultation to UIS and management regarding PeopleSoft modules; review and analyze maintenance and enhancement requests; analyze complex processes to define system enhancements and modifications; provide technical application support to system end users; code, test, and implement batch and online computer software; provide technical support to other internal staff.

As part of the Identity and Access Management team, David will fulfill his role of Student IAM Support Specialist by helping with setting up user accounts and processing user access requests for university systems, troubleshooting access to applications which is not as expected, and where appropriate escalating those issues further to other operational and development staff so that the problems do not recur for this or other users, and describing and documenting business processes and provisioning rules and workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
