2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10:

The data center move is complete. All applications are available.

1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10:

25Live is now available. ODIN is the only systemwide application not currently available. Campus testers at CU Anshutz, CU Denver and UCCS have signed off. CU Boulder is still impacted by ODIN.

Noon, Tuesday, Oct. 10:

All systemwide applications are available, with the exception of 25Live and ODIN — which impacts the Buff Portal.

7 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10:

The University of Colorado systemwide data center move is near the final stage of completion. We are planning on having all systemwide applications available today at noon. 

9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9:

Work on the data center is progressing and we are cautiously optimistic that all systems may be available Tuesday, Oct. 10 at noon. There are several milestones to reach before then, so we will update this post again at 7 a.m. Tuesday.

4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9:

The University of Colorado systemwide data center move is still underway. We expect to know more by 9 p.m. this evening.

10 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8:

After a successful move to the Anschutz Health Sciences Building Data Center, engineers discovered a software issue, and it is currently anticipated to take an additional 24 hours to resolve. All systemwide applications are now anticipated to be available by 8 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10.

Teaching activities will not be impacted. Business operations requiring access to CU-SIS, HCM, FIN, CU Marketplace and others will have to hold until Tuesday. A list of all impacted systemwide applications can be found in the Data Center Move Implementation post, with links to campus-specific lists.

What you need to know

All CU data is safe and secure. We appreciate your patience while our teams are working around the clock. UIS will send an update by 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9 and the UIS Maintenance website will list applications and their current status by 8 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10. Again, our goal is to have all applications available at 8 a.m. Tuesday.
