The University of Colorado makes an effort to assure the well-being of its future and current retirees by providing a variety of mandatory and voluntary retirement plans. Most eligible employees are enrolled a mandatory plan, based on job classification and job description.

Open your pay advice in the employee portal. Under Employer Paid Benefits, you will either see 401a Optional Retirement Plan or PERA.
