Data and Business Intelligence Monthly Meeting

UIS hosts a monthly meeting for all key data and business intelligence (Data and BI) stakeholders to receive updates and information about:

  • UIS Data & BI Products (CIW, CU-Data Reporting and Tableau Server)
  • Upgrades
  • Projects
  • Prioritization
  • Completed enhancements
  • User demonstrations
  • The meeting also provides an opportunity for the cross-campus group to collaborate and share their concerns, ideas and understanding.

The Tableau User Group (TUG) is a collaborative group meeting each semester (May, October and January).

The purpose of TUG is to share knowledge, tips and tricks, and connect Tableau users.

Cognos/Tableau Monthly Training

The Data and BI team offers a training session on the last Thursday of the month.

During these sessions, we will cover important updates and procedures related to Cognos and Tableau.
