The CU System Administration offices, UIS and the UIS Service Desk will be closed from Monday, Dec. 23 through Wednesday, Jan. 1.
We will reopen at 8 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2. Happy holidays to all CU employees and their families!

His duties include serving on eRA projects, working as a technical and functional resource on the application, and data integrations in collaboration with UIS's teachnical leads and application managers. Abhi also works with UIS's Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS)Infrastructure and Database teams on environment maintenance that includes code or database refreshes. He works with campus teams to define business requirements, test business cases, perform functional and regression testing, and act as liaison during campus reporting cycles. |

She supports the module(s) through partnering with other UIS application managers and system owners to provide system documentation and integrated support. |

Aaron Mansfield | Director of IT Operations and Strategic Planning | Promotion | 7/3/2017 | Aaron joined UIS as the Director of IT Service Management (ITSM) in 2014, where he focused on delivering universitywide services, providing UIS’s Quality Assurance (QA) function and helping mature UIS’s service delivery. Effective July 3, 2017, Aaron transitioned into the role of Director of IT Operations and Strategic Planning. In this new role, Aaron will continue to support the ITSM functions. He takes on additional responsibilities in support of the cross-campus IT Governance structure by helping to define performance measurements while standardizing and implementing a set of common processes, tools and measurements for UIS operations. |
Perry Stancil | Enterprise Service Desk Technician | New | 7/31/2017 | Within the newly-created position of Enterprise Service Desk Technician, Perry will provide escalation support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) tickets routing through the UIS Service Desk. He will also document processes and procedures and act as liaison between IAM and the Service Desk. |
