CU 403(b) Retirement Option for GME Residents: Update Your Enrollment

You can enroll, change or terminate your contributions in the CU 403(b) Retirement Option at any time. Learn more about the CU 403(b).

If you submit your GME Salary Reduction Agreement in the portal or via paper by the 10th of the month, your changes will take effect in that month.

Enroll or update online

  1. Log into the employee portal.
  2. Go to the CU Resources area.
  3. Open the top left dropdown menu and select Forms.
  4. Click the Benefits tile, then select CU 403(b): Update your enrollment.

After you enroll: Login to your TIAA account after the expected pay date passes to manage your new account.

  • Name your beneficiaries.
  • Allocate your investments.
  • Each month, verify your paycheck is correct and deductions reflect in your TIAA account.

Paper form

  1. Complete the GME 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement below. Be sure to review, sign and date.
  2. Fax the completed form to Employee Services at 303-860-4299 by 5 p.m. on the 10th of the month in which the change is to be effective. If it is received after the 10th of the month, changes will occur on the next month’s paycheck.
