CU 403(b) Voluntary Retirement Plan: How to Enroll or Update Your Enrollment

Enroll online
You can enroll in the CU 403(b) for pre-tax, after-tax or a split of both options in the employee portal.
- Log into the employee portal.
- Go to the CU Resources area. (If you are a CU System Administration employee, this is your homepage.)
- Open the top left dropdown menu and select Forms.
- Click the Benefits tile, then select CU 403(b): Enroll or update
After you enroll:
Login to your TIAA account after the expected pay date passes to manage your new account.
- Name your beneficiaries
- Allocate your investments
- Each month, verify your paycheck is correct and deductions reflect in your TIAA account
Paper form
- Complete the 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement below. Be sure to review, sign and date.
- Fax the completed form to Employee Services at 303-860-4299 by 5 p.m. on the 10th of the month in which the change is to be effective. If it is received after the 10th of the month, changes will occur on the next month’s paycheck.
- Login to your TIAA account after the expected pay date passes to manage your new account.

- Allocate your investments
- Each month, verify your paycheck is correct and deductions reflect in your TIAA account
