These discounted fares are already loaded in Concur for all employees to shop and consider, and they are valid on itineraries purchased and flown between now and August 31, 2025.

Additionally, Southwest is offering a 50% bonus points promotion on flights booked in Concur between October 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. This enables travelers to accrue more points faster on their Rapid Rewards account. And if you don’t travel enough to redeem a free flight with your Rapid Rewards points, Southwest’s new Cash + Points offering enables greater flexibility in using points by allowing travelers to pay with cash and Rapid Rewards points at the same time.
