Please follow the below steps to configure your iOS device (iPhone or iPad) with your System Administration email address for the first time.
Tap Settings.
Tap Mail, Contacts and Calendars.
Tap Add Account, then tap Exchange..
Tap Next.
You will need to enter all of your account information on this screen.
Tap Next. The Apple device will verify your settings. To continue to the last step, tap Save.
Select the services you wish to sync with the Exchange server, then tap Save.
Your Exchange account has been configured and is now ready to use.
Please follow the below steps if you are updating your Exchange account as part of the AD Coalescence Project.
Tap Settings.
Tap Mail, Contacts and Calendars.
Locate your System Administration Exchange account and tap to select it.
Locate the Account section (which lists your email address) and tap to select it.
Tap Done.
A series of check marks will appear to indicate that your account settings have been updated.
