CU at the Top: Leadership Checklist

Purpose

Before you begin, you and your supervisor must complete the Agreement form to formalize your participation in CU at the Top. After the form is complete, use the checklist to finish the Leadership pathway.

This pathway provides you with opportunities designed to enhance your leadership skillset. Should you choose to interview a leader at CU, the questionnaire is located below.

  • Understanding and applying effective leadership styles and tools to your work and daily activities.
  • Ways to mitigate leadership challenges.
  • Understanding yourself as a leader and how it applies to leading others.
