CU System Administration and Employee Services will close at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27 and will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2. Happy Thanksgiving to all CU faculty, staff, students and their families!
As you may know, CU is proud to partner with Landed to offer employees support toward homeownership. Landed offers a shared equity down payment program – which provides up to $120,000 toward a down payment – as well as other helpful homebuying supports.
Landed is increasing their funds to $150,000 to employees who meet with Landed by the end of this calendar year, with the option to use the funds for 60 days.
Since 2020, over 70 CU employees have become homeowners with Landed.
This December, Landed is hosting online information sessions for all employees interested in learning more about their services and the homebuying process. These sessions are designed to be useful even if you are just beginning to think about homeownership. Register for one of the sessions below:
