  • 100% preventative care coverage
  • Four yearly cleanings (regular and periodontal)
  • Two yearly oral exams
  • Two fluoride treatments 
  • Right Start 4 Kids Program: Kids under age 13 who are enrolled receive 100% coverage, excluding orthodontic services.
