Emergency Contact
Purpose
This form allows you to set your emergency contact.
If you are an active employee, please enter this information into the employee portal for instant updates.
- Log in to your campus portal at my.cu.edu
- Select the CU Resources tab. (Skip this step if you are a CU System employee.)
- Open the dropdown menu in the top center of the screen and select My Info and Pay.
- Select the My Info tile. Here, you can update your addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, email addresses and more.
