October Governance Outcomes and Resources

In the spirit of transparency, we're also tracking ongoing work for each campus in a spreadsheet. Note that the data captured here reflects larger goals and not day-to-day ticket submissions, which will be discussed during our bi-weekly campus meetings.

Help Ticket Modifications

Based on your request last week, we have made two additional updates to the help ticket (in addition to those already mentioned at the governance meeting):

  • A selection option for web requests
  • The ability to upload up to three attachments

We encourage you to use the help ticket when submitting all requests as doing so will allow us to get your work routed to the correct team member. If you have additional suggestions for how we can improve the help ticket, please let us know. 

Upcoming Training and Enablement Opportunities

Thank you for sharing your feedback on key areas where you would like to receive training and enablement. We're developing a plan and associated training schedule to cover your highest priority items and set the stage for future growth and development. A tentative delivery schedule is as follows; calendar invitations will be sent soon:

  • October 26 - November 8: Drupal training for CU Anschutz and UCCS
  • November 9 - November 22: IOS Technology Overview, Features, and Best Practices
  • November 23 - December 6: IOS Data Model and Introduction to Salesforce Reporting
  • December 7 - December 20: Salesforce Reporting and Hands-On Training
