Prepare for POI and Transfer ePAR changes with webinars, structured labs

On April 14, Person of Interest (POI) and Transfer SmartERP ePAR forms will be removed, further migrating the system away from Smart ePAR transactions to the use of delivered Fluid HCM pages.
Prepare for these changes by attending webinars and structured labs on your campus.
Webinars
Two webinars covering POI and Transfer changes will be offered from 9:30 a.m. – noon April 2. Registration is required, so be sure to sign up below.

Structured labs
Learn more about changes taking place to POI and Transfer processes and ask experts questions during structured labs, held from April 9-12.
Notes:
- CU Boulder employees and CU Denver | Anschutz PPLs are required to attend structured labs.
- Structured labs covering transfers will not be offered to campus users at UCCS, as all transfers are completed by Central HR and Student Employment.
