Sending SMS Messages

SMS messages are sent in Salesforce using the Mogli app. 1:1 Messages are sent directly from the Contact record.

Contact Record

  • The Mogli widget can be found on the right-hand side of the Contact record.

  • Type your message in the text box with "Message to send..." listed.
  • Ensure the correct gateway is selected This should either say your name or the name of your group.

Responses are visible in the widget on the Contact record you sent from, or in the SMS Notifications utility item at the bottom of your screen. Please review your SMS Notification Settings to ensure they are working as expected.
